The Wi-Fi logging out every 30 minutes was super annoying, but the air con was great.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with some unpleasant odors lingering despite attempts to air out the space. Walls were not soundproofed, allowing outside noise to intrude, and the bathrooms showed signs of age, lacking the cleanliness one typically hopes for. A kettle in the room would have been a nice touch, but that was conspicuously absent.

i was almost ready to write a glowing review, but the mold in the bathroom and the dreadful cleaning really ruined my stay. i expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but no such luck! the rude reception staff made it impossible to enjoy my visit, just disgraceful, really.

The location was quite convenient, just a short stroll to Khaosan Road while being distant enough from the noise to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the cleaning in the bathroom was not up to standard, with noticeable mold present that detracted from the overall experience.

Charming Stay with Great Location

Enjoyed a solid stay with excellent air conditioning and a cozy atmosphere. The nearby 7-Eleven was incredibly convenient for late-night snacks. The staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in that helped after a long journey. Highly recommend requesting a room away from pigeons for better rest.

It was just a great fit for a holiday in Bangkok with definitely value for money. The noise from pigeons outside our window made for an unforgettable early morning alarm. Try to get a room away from the nesting area for better sleep.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Double Room, and while the room itself was a bit shabby compared to the photos, the air conditioning was superb, and the shower was hot and powerful. The only downside was that the noise from doors slamming could be a bit distracting. I’d totally choose this place again!

the location was nice and close to everythin, 7-eleven right next door was super handy. the staff were really friendly and nice, they let me check in earlier when i was tired from travel. also, the room was tiny but comfy and the air con worked great. even though it was near a road, i didn't hear much noise at night, so sleep was easy.

The location was perfect, quiet enough to rest yet within walking distance of vibrant attractions. Other guests also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist, enhancing our visit.
